1. Who we are

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Orange Falco you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Orange Falco.

3. Who may use Orange Falco

You must be at least [PENDING: minimum age — 18 proposed] years old. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

4. Your content stays yours

• You keep all rights to what you upload and write (scripts, prompts, pictures, video, sound) and to what you make with Orange Falco, as far as the law allows.
• You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store, process, show and deliver your content to you and to the people you choose to share it with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for a short backup period.
• We do not use your content to train AI models and do not sell it.

5. What you must not do

• Upload or create content you do not have the right to use, including other people’s work, voices or likeness without their permission.
• Make sexual content involving minors, sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent, or content meant to deceive people into believing something false about a real person.
• Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or break any law.
• Remove or hide the marks that show content was made with AI where the law requires them.
• Attack, overload, probe, copy or reverse-engineer Orange Falco, create accounts automatically, or get around limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities when the law requires it.

6. AI-generated content

Orange Falco uses AI models to help make pictures, video and sound. AI results can be wrong, unexpected or similar to existing works. Review everything before you publish it; you are responsible for how you use what you make. Orange Falco may add provenance information (such as C2PA) and visible or invisible marks to AI-generated media.

7. Outside tools and your own accounts

Some tools run through other companies (for example fal.ai, Dreamina or a rented graphics card). When you connect your own account or key, that company’s terms and prices apply, and any charges are between you and them. Orange Falco shows the price it knows before you approve a paid step; it never spends your money without your approval.

8. Free service and changes

Orange Falco is offered free of charge at this stage. Free use may have limits (for example on how many videos you can make). We may change, pause or stop features. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you pay anything.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Orange Falco infringes your copyright, write to [PENDING: designated copyright agent and email] with the details required by law.

10. Ending your account

You may stop using Orange Falco and delete your account at any time on your account page, or by writing to [PENDING: email]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. No warranty

Orange Falco is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that results will meet your needs. Keep your own copies of important work.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [PENDING: State of California, USA — proposed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union or another country whose consumer laws protect you, you keep those protections and may bring a claim where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We will tell you about important changes before they take effect, by email or inside Orange Falco. If you keep using Orange Falco after that, the new Terms apply.
